Nisshinbo NJU7725x & NJU7726x High-Speed CMOS Comparators
Nisshinbo NJU7725x and NJU7726x High-Speed CMOS Comparators operate from a low 2.7V to 5.5V voltage and a low supply current of only 140µA/ch. This feature makes them ideal for battery-powered applications. The NJU7725x and NJU7726x are based on Dynamic Transient Stabilizer™ technology, which suppresses fluctuations in propagation delay time even if the reference voltage for voltage detection fluctuates. The NJU7725 provides a Push-Pull output, and the NJU7726x provides an Open-Drain output. The Nisshinbo NJU7725x and NJU7726x High-Speed CMOS Comparators are available in ultra-small, leadless packages measuring 1.6mm x 1.6mm (DFN6) and 2.0mm x 2.0mm (DFN8). The devices are also offered in industrial standard SOT-23-5, SC-88A, and MSOP8 (VSP8) leaded packages.
