These modules feature a low 1mm profile, low noise technology, and fast response times. Vishay Semiconductors Automotive TVS/ESD Diodes are ideal for line transient voltage protection in space-constrained electronics, such as laptops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, and external hard drives.

TVS & ESD Protection Diodes

Vishay TVS and ESD Protection Diodes are diode-based circuit protection products that cover a full spectrum of electronic systems from industrial applications to the smallest handheld multimedia devices. They include automotive- and industrial-grade transient voltage suppressor families and a host of diode array products for ESD and EMI protection in portable electronics.

SMC3K TransZorb® TVS Diodes

Vishay General Semiconductor TransZorb® Bi-Directional TVS Diodes features high surge capability to 3kW in a SMC DO-214AB package. The Vishay TransZorb Bi-Directional TVS Diode offers devices with stand-off voltages from 22V to 78V, with a peak pulse surge current from 23.8A to 84.5A. Applications include LNB and telecom power line lightning surge protection, automotive motor and battery power line inductive surge protection, and protecting any sensitive electronics against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching.
