STMicroelectronics SM6FxAY Transient-Voltage-Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive automotive circuits against surges defined in ISO 7637-2 and electrostatic discharges according to ISO 10605. These diodes incorporate planar technology, making them compatible with sophisticated circuits where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required for long-term reliability and stability. The SM6FxAY diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and unidirectional.
