These NINA-B1 modules are delivered with u-connectXpress software that supports u-blox BLE serial port service, GATT client and server, beacons, and NFC™. The BLE modules offer full flexibility to add the application and run on the built-in Cortex-M4 with FPU. These NINA-B1 modules feature M4F MCU, 64kB RAM, 512kB flash memory, BLUETOOTH mesh, and seven to 20 maximum BLUETOOTH connections.
