6th Generation 650V C6D SiC Schottky Diodes

Wolfspeed 6th Generation 650V C6D SiC Schottky Diodes demonstrate technological innovation and achieve highest system-level efficiency in a PFC boost converter. The 650V SiC Schottky Diodes feature an operating voltage of 400V-450V, providing an excellent advantage in power supply applications. The C6D Diodes are ideal for paralleling devices by excluding thermal runaway problems. The C6D Diodes offer a 4A, 6A, 8A, and 10A current rating and are available in a standard TO-220-2 package.

Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes

Wolfspeed Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes are optimized for high-performance power electronics applications, including server power supplies, electric vehicle charging systems, energy storage systems, solar (PV) inverters, industrial power supplies, and consumer electronics.
