subject to special handling and shipping restrictions. The
following fees apply:
Ground Shipments to the 48 contiguous United States: Shipped by
UPS Ground only. Shipping costs and $27.50 USD HAZMAT fee will
be applied to each box.
Air Shipments in the US and to eligible countries: Shipped by
FedEx only. Shipping costs and $119 USD HAZMAT fee will be
applied to each box. Customer will be responsible for customs,
duty and taxes, and VAT (if applicable) at time of delivery.
