Vishay / BC Components K...H Series High-Temperature Radial Leaded Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified with PPAP available and registered trademark HOTcap®. The series features voltages of 50VDC, 100VDC, and 200VDC and utilizes a high-reliability MLCC insert with a wet build process. These MLCCs offer high capacitance with a small size, radial mounting style, as well as crimp and straight lead styles. Vishay / BC Components K...H Series High-Temperature Radial Leaded MLCCs have a high operating temperature of up to 200°C and are designed for automotive applications.
