TLP570xH IGBT & MOSFET Isolated Gate Drivers

Toshiba TLP570xH IGBT and MOSFET Isolated Gate Drivers are photocouplers in a 6-pin SO6L package. The devices have infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC chip. The drivers provide guaranteed performance and specifications at temperatures up to 125°C. The TLP570xH are smaller and thinner than the previous 8-pin DIP package devices. The drivers are compliant with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. The TLP570xH drivers are ideal for small to medium class IGBTs and power MOSFET gate drives.
