TLP172 Photorelay Photocouplers

The TLP172 is 2.1mm in height with a 2.54mm pitch. Specifications include normally opened (1-Form-A), off-state output terminal voltage of 60V or 350V (min.), and 3mA (max.) trigger LED current.
