XC92x Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Controller ICs

Torex Semiconductor XC92x Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Controller ICs are equipped with synchronous rectification technology and feature both P-channel driver and N-channel switching transistors for optimal performance. These controller ICs feature an input voltage range from 1.8V to up to 30V and an adjustable output voltage based on a precise reference. The XC92x controller ICs support high switching frequencies and offer multiple control modes, including PWM, PWM/PFM, and HiSAT-COT. These controller ICs ensure a low quiescent current, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The XC92x controller ICs come with protection features such as Under Voltage Lock Out (UVLO), overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection. Typical applications include smartphones, TVs, wearable devices, portable game consoles, cameras, PCs, automotive, smart cards, smart meters, and digital audio equipment.
