Tianma TM Series TFT LCD Displays are available in sizes from 2.2" up to 10.1" (diagonal), with resolutions from 240 x 320 up to 1280 x 800. These industrial-grade Display Modules are offered both with and without touch panels and with capacitive and resistive touch options available. Interface options include LVDS, parallel CMOS, MIPI, and RGB. Most Tianma TM Series TFT LCD Displays feature a white LED backlight.
