Texas Instruments SN74LVC10A NAND Gates are triple 3-input positive-NAND gates designed to operate within the 1.65V_CC to 3.6V_CC voltage range. The input accepts voltages up to 5.5V. These NAND gates feature a 4.9ns maximum propagation delay time at 3.3V, -50mA input clamp current, and -50mA output clamp current.
