NanoMQS 0.50mm Miniaturized Connector System

TE Connectivity's (TE) Automotive-Grade NanoMQS 0.5mm Miniaturized Connector System is a compact version of the MQS connector system. The NanoMQS family features a 1.8mm pin-to-pin pitch and a locking lance terminal design that securely latches onto the plastic housing when fully inserted. The connector system's miniature design reduces the PCB footprint by up to 50% while maintaining a 6A current capacity. The connectors include various locking functions and variants and, if needed, are easily integrated into the MQS terminal family and compatible with a Gen50 locking lance. The connector system offers receptacle and tab terminals for round wire and FFC terminals for flat flexible/printed cables. The TE NanoMQS 0.5mm connector system is ideal for automotive and electric applications, including battery/cell control modules, engine control units, airbags, and blackbox applications with extreme space constraints.
