FN2450 Single-Stage EMC/EMI Filters

TE Connectivity / Schaffner FN2450 Single-Stage EMC/EMI Filters are 1-phase EMC/EMI devices featuring very low leakage current and long-lasting electrical connections. Without compromising EMC behavior, the lightweight design is accomplished with a plastic housing and a metal ground plate. A medical version is available which complies with IEC/EN 60601-1. The environmentally friendly filters (constructed without potting compound) feature ergonomic, reliable embedded terminals and captive-hinged safety covers. The covers contribute to overall safety by offering protection against unintended contact with life conductors. Very low leakage current values make the filters suitable for grids with very tough requirements or sensitive GFCIs, and for applications that set a value on safety and reliability.
