SI823H2/H9 & SI8250 Gate Driver Evaluation Kits

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI823H2/H9 and SI8250 Gate Driver Evaluation Kits allow for evaluation of the Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si823Hx family of high CMTI performance ISOdrivers. The boards feature the Si823H2, Si82520, or two Si823H9 versions of the family. The board includes screw terminals for quick evaluation of the devices' key parameters. Test points on each device's pins are also included to accommodate a direct connection to the end system.

SI823Hx Gate Driver Boards

Skyworks Solutions SI823Hx Gate Driver Boards are ideal for driving power modules and discrete transistors. This two-channel isolated gate driver solution features a differential digital interface, an optimised onboard isolated power supply, and user-configurable turn-on and turn-off gate resistors.  The SI823Hx gate driver boards are available  with 1Ω or 4Ω gate resistors and feature status indicator LEDs and test points that makes evaluation and prototyping easy. These gate driver boards offer overlap protection and reverse polarity protection for the 12V input supply. The SI823Hx boards operate within the -50°C to +85°C temperature range and within the 10.2V to 13.2V supply voltage range.
