5003 1/2" Bimetal Disc Thermostats

Sensata 5003 1/2" Bimetal Disc Thermostats are positive snap action, SPST bimetallic thermostats for providing accurate and reliable sensing and switching in a single device. Sensata 5003 has a depth of only 0.250" without projecting terminals, making it ideal for applications in which space is at a premium. The basic switch assembly is operated by a bimetal disc with positive, reinforced snap-action, providing reliable repeatability. Sensata 5003 offers excellent shock and vibration resistance thanks to its robust construction. Non-volatile resin protects against high humidity and other contaminants. Narrow differential devices are ideal for control, while standard differentials can be used for high or low temperature limit switches.
