Press-In Inserts

SI (Standard Inserts) Press-In Inserts are designed to be installed by pressing the inserts into pre-molded or drilled holes. The installation is accomplished using a standard press at any time during production. These inserts eliminate the need for heat or ultrasonic equipment and molding inserts. The press-in inserts are available in aluminum, brass, steel, and stainless steel materials. Typical applications include electronics (wearable, smartphones, and hand-held devices), automotive, aerospace, defense, medical, transportation, and industrial and recreational equipment.
