Low Capacitance ESD Suppressors

Stackpole Electronics Low Capacitance ESD Suppressors protect against signal distortion and offer a quick response time of <1ns. These suppressors include the ESD and ESDU series that feature a <1nA ultra-low leakage current rating and the ability to withstand >1000 pulses. The ESD suppressors have an ultra-low capacitance rating of <0.02pF, while the ESDU suppressors have a 0.05pF capacitance rating. Applications for these ESD suppressors from Stackpole Electronics include high-speed data ports, digital cameras, scanners, plasma display panels, and notebook PCs.
