ISL3245xE RS-485/RS-422 Transceivers

Renesas Electronics ISL3245xE RS-485/RS-422 Transceivers are ±60V fault protected, 3.3V to 5V powered, ±20V common-mode range differential transceivers for balanced communication. The extended common-mode range is larger than required for the RS-485. Renesas Electronics RS-485 are protected against overvoltages up to ±60V and against ±15kV ESD strikes. These transceivers operate in environments with common-mode voltages up to ±20V.
