HIP4080A High Frequency Driver ICs

Renesas Electronics HIP4080A High-Frequency Driver ICs are medium voltage full bridge N-channel FET driver ICs with undervoltage protection. These driver ICs include an input comparator used to facilitate the Hysteresis and PWM modes of operation. The HIP4080A driver ICs can switch at frequencies up to 1MHz, making it well suited for various applications. These driver ICs feature minimal power consumption and user-programmable dead time. The HIP4080A driver ICs are RoHS compliant and are available in 20 lead plastic SOIC and DIP packages. Typical applications include medium/large voice coil motors, full bridge power supplies, switching power amplifiers, battery-powered vehicles, and UPS.
