RA6M5 32-Bit Microcontroller Group

Renesas Electronics RA6M5 32-Bit Microcontroller Group is a family of MCUs based on the high-performance 200MHz Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 core. The RA6M5 MCUs feature up to 2MB Code Flash memory with background and SWAP operation, 8KB Data Flash memory, and 512KB SRAM with Parity/ECC. The RA6M5 MCUs are ideal for IoT applications requiring strong security, rich connectivity, and a large amount of embedded RAM for connectivity stacks. These devices offer a broad range of communication interface options with CAN FD, Ethernet MAC with DMA, USB Full Speed and High Speed, and various serial interfaces.
