Renesas Electronics RA6M1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group features a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4F core and an integrated capacitive touch sensing unit. The RA6M1 MCU Group is built on a highly efficient 40nm process and is supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept, the Flexible Software Package (FSP), built on FreeRTOS, and is expandable to use other RTOSes and middleware. The RA6M1 MCUs are suitable for IoT applications requiring security, large embedded RAM, and low power consumption.

RA6 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA6 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers deliver a comprehensive integration of communication interfaces at a high-performance level. The RA6 MCUs provide up to 200MHz of CPU performance using an Arm Cortex-M4 or M33 core and a memory range from 256KB to 2MB Flash.

Renesas Electronics RA Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers are 32-bit MCUs based on the Arm Cortex-M core architecture, with a wide range of integrated system peripheral IPs, making them ideal for next-generation embedded solutions. Each group of RA Series MCUs offers unique features such as the capacitive touch sensing unit (CTSU),  Secure Crypto Engine (SCE) supporting sync/async crypto acceleration, 24-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), and segment or TFT LCD controllers.
