RA4M1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group

Renesas Electronics RA4M1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group features an Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, with an integrated segment LCD controller and a capacitive touch sensing unit input for intensive human-machine interface (HMI) designs. The RA4M1 MCU Group is built on a highly efficient low-power process and is supported by the open and flexible Flexible Software Package (FSP) ecosystem, built on FreeRTOS, and is expandable to use other RTOSes and middleware. The RA4M1 MCUs are suitable for applications where a large amount of capacitive touch channels and a segment LCD controller are required.

RA Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers are 32-bit MCUs based on the Arm Cortex-M core architecture, with a wide range of integrated system peripheral IPs, making them ideal for next-generation embedded solutions. Each group of RA Series MCUs offers unique features such as the capacitive touch sensing unit (CTSU),  Secure Crypto Engine (SCE) supporting sync/async crypto acceleration, 24-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), and segment or TFT LCD controllers.
