Rectron FM3x Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are surface mount rectifiers that are designed to operate at 3A average forward rectified current. These rectifiers also operate from 20V to 200V voltage range, 100A peak forward surge current (IFSM), and -55°C to 150°C storage temperature range. The FM3x Schottky rectifiers are ideal for surface-mounted applications.
