ML62Q1000 MCUs are ideal for consumer and home appliances, alarms, security devices, and small industrial equipment. The ML62Q1000 MCUs are offered in a broad range of package types and ROM capacities, supporting a wide range of applications. These ROHM microcontrollers also include safety features corresponding to 13 industry-leading items (IEC60730 regulations) related to home appliances, including a self-diagnostic function for detecting internal faults. This ensures stable operation even under harsh conditions such as extreme noise and high temperatures.

ROHM Semiconductor ML62Q CMOS 16-bit RISC Microcontrollers (MCUs) are high-performance devices with a RISC U16 Core. Rich peripheral circuits are incorporated like a 10-bit A/D converter, timer, PWM, synchronous serial port, UART, and I²C bus interface.
