The automotive switches offer built-in Over-Current Protection (OCP), dual Thermal Shutdown Function (TSD), and active clamp function. Furthermore, the ROHM low-side switches are equipped with an output diagnostic function for the TSD. The Automotive IPD Low Side Switches are AEC-Q100 qualified.
