RECOM Power REMxA Regulated DC/DC Converters with a 2:1 wide input voltage range come in a 24.3mm x 14.4mm footprint and DIP16/SMD packages. These medical-grade DC-DC converters feature single/dual outputs, reinforced 250V_AC continuous working isolation, ≥8mm creepage and clearance distance, and up to 5kV_AC/1 minute reinforced insulation. The REMxA devices are IEC/EN/UL 60601 and 62368-1 certified. These converters are used in applications such as medical, test and measurement, automation, and distributed power architectures. RECOM REM2A DC-DC converters operate within the -40°C to +90°C ambient temperature range without derating and offer 2W power. The REM4A DC-DC converters operate within a -40°C to +80°C ambient temperature range without derating and offer 4W power.
