Qorvo RFPD3540 and RFPD3580 Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier Modules feature advanced Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide (GaN on SiC) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) process technologies. These GaAs / GaN amplifier modules from Qorvo provide high output capability for 45MHz to 1.218GHz CATV amplifier systems. Both devices offer excellent linearity and superior return loss performance with robust reliability.
