Qorvo RFCA8830 CATV Amplifier is a GaAs pHEMT RF balanced amplifier IC with a 45MHz to 1200MHz operating bandwidth. The RFCA8830 is designed to provide a low noise, high linearity, high gain device for use as a post amplifier in optical receivers or low noise balanced preamps. Qorvo RFCA8830 amplifier IC uses a 5V power supply for applications requiring lower power dissipation. The RFCA8830 is designed to support the DOCSIS 3.1 Data Over Cable specification. Qorvo RFCA8830 CATV Amplifier is offered in a compact SOIC-8 package with an exposed pad.
