QPA0015 GaN Power Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA0015 GaN Power Amplifiers are high-power Ku-Band MMIC amplifiers made using Qorvo's QGaN15 process. The Qorvo QPA0015 amplifiers operate in the 13.75GHz to 14.5GHz Satcom band, delivering 3W of linear power with third-order intermodulation distortion products at -25dBc. The devices can output up to 8W with 35dB of small-signal gain and 32% power-added efficiency, and its frequency range can extend from 12.75GHz to 15.35GHz. For easy integration, the amplifiers are fully matched to 50Ω with DC-grounded I/O ports for optimal ESD performance. On-chip blocking capacitors are also included. The QPA0015 amplifiers are suitable for communication and radar applications in commercial and military sectors.
