Phoenix Contact XTVMEA 6 Terminal Blocks and Accessories are designed specifically to safely and easily short and test current transformer (CT) circuits. The product lineup includes terminal blocks, a starter kit, operating levers, an end cover and a partition plate. The XTVMEA 6 series features a two-step lever actuation, and the blocks integrate an automatic make-before-break function that safely shorts the transformer before disconnection. After disconnection, users can pick from six function shafts (bridging channels) to easily incorporate bridging and testing accessories into the blocks. The starter kit equips users with all of the necessary blocks and accessories to set up, disconnect and test a CT circuit. The blocks are part of the Clipline family and include Push-X connection technology to enable fast and easy wiring for solid, stranded and ferruled wires.
