PANJIT MBR8H120PCx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are surface-mount ultra-low reverse current (I_R) rectifiers with low leakage current. These rectifiers feature low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge current capability. The MBR8H120PCx Schottky barrier rectifiers are available in 120V voltage and 8A current options and in the TO-227C package. These rectifiers are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0 and green molding compound as per IEC 61249 standard. The MBR8H120PCx Schottky barrier rectifiers are ideal for automated placement.
