These chip-type aluminum electrolytic capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and are guaranteed for 5000 hours at +125°C. Nichicon UYA offers a 63V to 100V rated voltage range, a 90µF to 880µF rated capacitance range, and a -40°C to +125°C category temperature range.
