PESD2CANFD36x ESD Protection Devices

Nexperia PESD2CANFD36x ESD Protection Devices protect two automotive In-vehicle network bus lines from ElectroStatic discharge (ESD) damage. The PESD2CANFD36x features a 36V reverse stand-off voltage and low clamping voltage. The Nexperia PESD2CANFD36x Devices are available in a small SOT23 or SOT323 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The devices are qualified according to AEC-Q101 and suggested for use in automotive applications.

PESD2CANFD36xQx-Q ESD Protection Diodes

Nexperia PESD2CANFD36xQx-Q ESD Protection Diodes are packaged in ultra-small DFN1412D-3 (SOT8009) or DFN1110D-3 (SOT8015) leadless Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic packages with side wettable flanks. The PESD2CANFD36xQx-Q diodes are designed to protect two automotive in-vehicle network bus lines from the damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transients. These devices offer low clamping voltages and capacitances in a -55°C to +150°C ambient temperature range.
