S32K3 32-Bit Automotive General Purpose MCUs

NXP Semiconductors S32K3 Automotive General Purpose MCUs are scalable 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7-based MCUs in single, dual, and lockstep core configurations supporting ASIL B/D safety applications. The S32K3 includes a hardware security engine (HSE) with NXP firmware, which supports firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates and free ISO 26262 compliant Real-Time Drivers (RTD) for AUTOSAR® and non-AUTOSAR.

S32K Automotive General-Purpose Microcontrollers

NXP Semiconductors S32K Automotive General-Purpose Microcontrollers are powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M series and deliver energy-efficient solutions for body, zone control, and electrification applications. With functional safety and embedded security up to ASIL B/D levels, the NXP Semiconductors S32K seamlessly adapts to AUTOSAR® and non-AUTOSAR environments. Supported for at least 15 years, S32K MCUs have a robust third-party software and tools ecosystem.
