NXP Semiconductor P3T1035UK/P3T2030UK Digital Temperature Sensors are temperature-to-digital converters utilizing an on-chip band gap temperature sensor and A-to-D conversion technique with overtemperature detection. The devices contain various data registers: Configuration (Conf) stores the device settings, such as device operation mode, and temperature register (Temp) holds the digital temp reading, which is communicated by a controller via the 2-wire serial I3C/I²C-bus interface.
