MPQ7231 Infrared LED Lighting Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ7231 Infrared LED Lighting Drivers offer fixed-frequency, constant-current and Infrared (IR) LED drivers with integrated eye safety features. These LED drivers feature a 6V to 42V operating input voltage range and are ideal for driving one or two IR LEDs. The MPQ7231 LED drivers are configured to buck or buck-boost mode and achieve up to 3A and 2.4A of peak current (ILED_PEAK), respectively. These drivers use advanced BCD FET technology to minimise ohmic losses, thus providing ultra-low on-resistance MOSFETs with 44mΩ (HS-FET) and 40mΩ (LS-FET). Typical applications include Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS), IR illumination for automotive cameras, and surveillance systems.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
