Easy-On FFC/FPC Connectors

Molex Easy-On FFC/FPC Connectors are ideal for tight-packaging applications and come in various pitch options, and include features to meet a wide variety of space and usage needs for applications in all markets. Molex Easy-On FFC/FPC Connectors are available with push and flip-style actuators, which are pre-assembled covers that secure the connection between the FFC/FPC and the connector terminals. Molex is continually developing lower-profile and higher-density versions to meet the downsizing needs of electronic equipment makers.

LA75 0.3mm-Pitch FPC Connectors

Molex LA75 0.3mm-Pitch FPC Connectors are designed for tight-packaging applications and offer simplified cable assembly and retention. The actuator design keeps it in the open position during shipping and assembly. This feature improves assembly efficiency because operators do not need to open or hold the actuator during cable insertion. For application flexibility, the cable can be inserted from the top or bottom direction thanks to the dual-contact terminal design, and the compact connector size provides space savings in the X, Y, and Z axes. Molex LA75 0.3mm-Pitch FPC Connectors also feature a 0.07mm clearance between the housing and terminal to prevent solder ingress or wicking. An optional high-temperature material (up to +125°C) is designed to meet automotive requirements. Ideal applications include mobile devices, automotive electronics, and medical equipment.

Fit Family Connectors

Molex Fit Dual-Row Connectors provide power delivery and power distribution in wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board configurations. These connectors are available in a variety of fine-pitch options, including push and flip-type actuators, which feature pre-assembled covers that secure the connection between the FFC-FPC and the connector terminals. The Easy-On actuator provides easy FPC cable insertion with an audible "click" when mated and a reliable FPC connection with Molex's cable retention feature. Designed to meet the downsizing needs of electronic equipment manufacturers, the portfolio includes dual contacts, narrow-width variants for further space savings, and various cable tab and actuator locking styles for additional cable alignment and retention.
