Mega-Fit Power Connectors

Molex Mega-Fit Power Connectors deliver up to 23A per circuit set on a 5.7mm pitch. This innovative design allows design engineers more power density than existing mid-range power connectors. Mega-Fit connectors are designed for wire-to-board configurations and can be used in virtually any industry or application. The system provides fully isolated terminals, positive lock housings, and polarized receptacles and housings. This split-box terminal design provides six independent points of contact to offer long-term reliability. Molex Mega-Fit products are UL recognized and CSA approved. All components are lead-free and RoHS compliant.

Fit Family Connectors

Molex Fit Dual-Row Connectors provide power delivery and power distribution in wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board configurations. Molex Fit power connectors range from the 2.50mm pitch Nano-Fit to the 5.7mm pitch Mega-Fit connectors. These off-the-shelf connectors can be modified, customized, or adapted to meet virtually any application need.

Mega-Fit Slim Vertical Headers

Molex Mega-Fit Slim Vertical Headers deliver 23.0A per circuit through fully protected header pins and receptacle terminals while offering unique keying options to ensure proper mating during termination. The dual row, through hole connectors are glow wire capable with a black housing. The 76829 terminals are tin plated while the 172065 terminals are gold plated. The components are available with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 circuits, are Halogen Free, and RoHS Compliant.
