Mill-Max SMT Spring Loaded Contacts (SLC) are discrete contacts that offer a range of application heights from .137" to .430" and many are available in tape and reel packaging. The Mill-Max SMT Spring Loaded Contacts provide maximum continuity through precision-machined gold-plated components and a low-resistance spring that maintain a consistent electrical path. With maximum stability, the Spring Loaded Contacts are tested to a minimum of 50G shock and 10G vibration with no spikes >1µs and>1.15V with 0.5A applied and a maximum endurance of 1,000,000 cycles. Mill-Max SMT Spring Loaded Contacts provide a reliable electrical connection in the most rigorous environments.
