MCP22350 USB Type-C™ PD 3.1 Port Controllers

Microchip Technology MCP22350 USB Type-C™ Power Delivery (PD) 3.1 Port Controllers are designed to function as a companion PD controller to an external Microchip MCU/SoC. These controllers adhere to USB Type-C™ cable and connector specifications and USB PD 3.1 specifications. The MCP22350, highly-integrated, small form factor PD port controllers offer cable plug orientation and detection for a USB Type-C receptacle. These controllers implement baseband communication with a partner USB Type-C device through the integrated USB PD 3.1 MAC. The MCP22350 controllers include eight configurable general-purpose I/O pins and are available in a 4mm x 4mm 28-QFN package.
