ATWILC3000 Single-Chip SoCs

Atmel / Microchip ATWILC3000 Single-Chip SoCs are IEEE^® 802.11 b/g/n RF/Baseband/MAC link controllers and BLUETOOTH^® 4.0 modules optimized for low-power mobile applications. These SoCs offer a single-stream 1x1 802.11n mode and up to 75Mbps PHY rate. The ATWILC3000 SoCs feature a fully integrated power amplifier, Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA), switch, and power management. These single-chip SoCs offer very low power consumption, high performance, and minimal materials cost. The ATWILC3000 SoCs feature UART, SPI, I²C, and SDIO peripheral interfaces. These SoCs are in QFN and Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP) packaging.
