MP-5050-240P High-Power LEDs

Luminus Devices MP-5050-240P High-Power LEDs offer high efficacy, low thermal resistance, and a minimum 70, 80, or 90 CRI options. These LEDs are compatible with automatic placement equipment and the infrared reflow solder process. The MP-5050-240P LEDs feature 800mA forward current, 4480mW power dissipation, 5V reverse voltage, 5.2V to 5.6V forward voltage range, 120° viewing angle, and 2°C/W thermal resistance. These LEDs are RoHS and REACH compliant. Typical applications include replacement lamps, indoor and outdoor signboard backlighting, general lighting, and architectural/decorative lighting.
