Littelfuse P-0ECMCL Broadband Optimized SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors are designed to protect broadband CPE equipment such as VoIP and DSL modems from damaging overvoltage transients. The low capacitance thyristors provide a through-hole solution that enables CPE equipment to comply with global regulatory standards while limiting the impact on broadband signals. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The TO-92 packaged thyristors from Littelfuse feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, and fail short circuits when surged in excess of ratings.
