59050 Miniature PCB Mountable Reed Switches

Littelfuse 59050 Miniature PCB Mountable Reed Switches measure 22.86mm x 4.57mm x 4.32mm and offer a choice of normally open, normally open high voltage, and change over contacts. The 59050 switches feature molded standoffs to allow board washing and are capable of switching up to 265VAC/300VDC at 10VA. Applications include position/limit sensing, security system switches, and door switches.

Reed Sensors

Littelfuse Reed Sensors can switch AC or DC loads, making them popular for digital on/off applications. Reed sensors are reed switches that are packaged within an external housing for simplified mounting/connecting and additional protection against environmental influences. Littelfuse Reed Sensors are typically mounted in mechanical systems.

Reed Switches

Littelfuse Reed Switches are ideal for battery-powered applications and automotive safety products. Reed switches have two ferromagnetic blades contained within a tubular glass envelope that is hermetically sealed at each end. Switches are activated by a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and the reed switch and magnetic field combination is commonly known as the "magnetic circuit."
