QuantumDot 01005 Series Ultra-Compact LEDs

Kingbright QuantumDot 01005 Series Ultra-Compact LEDs are made with AlGaInP on a GaAs substrate and feature ultra-compact dimensions of 0.45mm x 0.25mm x 0.2mm. These LEDs offer a 140° wide viewing angle to ensure consistent and even illumination across applications. The APG015 LEDs support 24mW power dissipation, 5V reverse voltage, 10mA DC forward current, 40mA peak forward current, and a 3000V electrostatic discharge threshold (HBM). These low-power consumption LEDs are RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and include Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 2. The QuantumDot 01005 LEDs are recommended to be handled with a wristband or anti-electrostatic gloves to avoid electrostatic discharge and power surges. Typical applications include backlighting, status indicators, home and smart appliances, wearable and portable devices, and healthcare equipment.
