KTS1897 5ARMS VBUS OVP Load Switch

Kinetic Technologies KTS1897 5ARMS VBUS Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) Load Switch is a USB VBUS safety management load switch for up to 140W current-sink input for 28V EPR systems. The input operating range is 3V to 33V, with VBUS withstanding up to 39VDC and VSYS up to 35VDC. Ultra-fast OVP is internally set to 33V but optionally adjusted via external resistors. Low on-resistance minimizes heat and voltage droop.
