KT Crystal Oscillators

KYOCERA AVX KT Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) are miniature surface-mount modules with high-frequency accuracy suitable for smartphones, GNSS modules, and IoT devices. The series offers an optional temperature sensor output and an optional disable function. KYOCERA AVX KT Crystal Oscillators are reflow compatible and feature a maximum supply voltage ranging from 1.89V to 3.63V. The TCXOs offer a wide range of frequencies with frequency stability of 0.5PPM, 1PPM, 2PPM, or 4PPM. Applications include GPS units, 3G, low-power radio communications, femtocell, and Stratum 3.
