These resin-molded chip capacitors feature high reliability and a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. KYOCERA AVX F97 Tantalum Capacitors are ideal for automotive electronics and industrial equipment applications. 

MnO2 Tantalum Automotive Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX MnO2 Tantalum Automotive Capacitors are capable of meeting automotive industry specifications for high-temperature capacitors up to +250°C while also meeting requirements for high reliability. KYOCERA AVX's broad range of automotive capable capacitors also meet various demands of operating temperature, process voltage, and reliability for use in different automotive applications from cabin entertainment, through airbags and ABS, to applications directly on the engine.
