DP Series MLO™Diplexers

KYOCERA AVX DP Multilayer Organic (MLO™) Diplexers are available in 0603 and 0805 case sizes with low profiles of 0.45mm for the 0603 versions and 0.6mm for the 0805 versions. The small package sizes make the DP series ideal for height-sensitive applications. These diplexers are designed and manufactured around a patented multilayer organic (MLO) technology that utilizes an organic material system, which is expansion matched to most FR4 printed circuit boards and exhibits exceptional characteristics at RF and microwave frequencies. These components exhibit performance and reliability advantages unmatched by similar ceramic components manufactured using LTCC. KYOCERA AVX DP diplexers support multiple wireless standards, including CDMA, WCDMA, WLAN, and BLUETOOTH®.

Multilayer Organic (MLO) Products

KYOCERA AVX Multilayer Organic (MLO™) is a revolutionary technology based on a polymer organic high-density interconnect technology that utilizes thin and low-loss dielectrics to achieve excellent RF performance at high frequency. The MLO allows for the realization of high Q factor and low-profile surface mount components such as capacitors, inductors, diplexers, and filters in various case sizes and form factors. KYOCERA AVX Multilayer Organic Products deliver an alternative to LTCCs for dense, high-performance applications.

RF Filters

KYOCERA AVX RF Filters offer an available frequency range from 500MHz to 6000MHz and power rating from 1W up to 15WCW. KYOCERA AVX utilizes thin film and multilayer organic (MLO®) technologies to design and manufacture low pass, band pass, and high pass filters. These filters offer low insertion loss, steep roll-offs, high out-of-band rejection, and high power in miniature case sizes. KYOCERA AVX RF Filters are ideal for Internet of Things (IoT), LTE, and GPS applications.
